Successful Primary Stenting for Acute Right Coronary Artery Occlusion with Concomitant Chronic Total Occlusions of Left Anterior Descending Artery and Left Circumflex Artery

A 56 year-old man presented with sudden cardiac death due to acute inferior MI. His coronary angiogram showed right coronary narrowing with concomitant occlusion of left anterior descending and circumflex artery (Image 1, 2, 3).

Primary stenting of right coronary artery without distal protection
Distal protection device and stenting of right coronary artery
