- Procedural step: A 7 Fr sheath was inserted into the right femoral artery. We crossed lesion using Terumo wire. Then, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty was performed using a 5.0 x 40 mm Powerflex balloon (Figure 2). Next, SMART stent (6.0 x 100 mm) were successfully deployed (Figure 3). Good patency was achieved (Figure 4). |
