A 58 year-old male was admitted for effort chest pain lasting a few months. Following coronary angiogram showed total occlusion at proximal RCA. Staged PCI was planned for the RCA.

Cardiac Catheterization Findings

  • The left coronary angiogram showed stenotic lesion at distal LCX and collateral flow from LCX to PL and LAD to PDA.
  • The right coronary angiogram showed total occlusion at proximal RCA.
