One year and three months baby fell 10 days prior to admission. Profuse bleeding from oropharynx and nose was observed. And pulsatile swelling behind right ear was noted. CT scan showed pseudoaneurysm measuring 3.0x2.4mm in right parapharyngeal area. Carotid aniogram was performed and confirmed the pseudoaneurysm eroding posteriorly and bleeding into oropharynx (Figure 1). Using right femoral artery approach, 6F JR 3.5 guiding catheter (J&J CORDIS) was inserted. The 0.014 inch ACS floppy wire was crossed the lesion. PTFE 3x19mm covered stent (Graft master-JO-MED-USA) was deployed at 14 atm amounting to 3.29mm diameter (Figure 2). Final angioram showed complete ¡°seal off¡± of leak (Figure 3). Regression of swelling was observed. She went home after one week without event. Repeat Doppler sonogram was normal.
