Brief Case Summary

A 73-year-old man underwent PCI at LCX and RCA in 2007. He has stable angina with positive finding on MIBI scan at apex and septum. Recent diagnostic angiography revealed LAD-CTO. Revascularization was tried for LAD-CTO, but it was not successful.
