Submission

  • The abstract submission site opens on August 8, 2024 and all abstracts must be submitted online through the website www.summit-tctap.com.

    Important dates
    - Abstract submission Deadline: Nov. 8, 2024
    - Acceptance Notification: Jan. 17, 2025

Notification & Revision

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the world-celebrated official graders of the TCTAP.
  • Acceptance status will be available on the www.summit-tctap.com and notified to the corresponding authors and abstract presenter on or about January 17, 2025.
  • Abstract revision can be made until November 8, 2025 and any change will not be accepted after the submission deadline.

Benefits

  • The Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC)
    : Accepted Abstracts will be published in a supplement issue of "The Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC)".
  • Cash Rewards for Best Abstract Presenter
    : The winners for The Moderated Oral Abstract Competition session will receive a cash reward.
  • TCTAP Best Young Scientist Award
    : An opportunity to be a qualified applicant for TCTAP Best Young Scientist Award.
  • Free Registration
    : Full registration fee will be waived for abstract presenters.

Presentations

All accepted abstracts will be scheduled as an oral or poster presentation at the conference by TCTAP Abstract Reviewing Committee and will be displayed as "E-Poster" in an electronic format on our meeting website during the conference dates.
  • Oral Presentation
    Late-Breaking Clinical Trial Session
    Abstracts of Late breaking research including novel, timely and important work in the field of cardiology will be selected to present at the Late-Breaking Clinical Trial Session in the Main Arena and given cash rewards of USD 500.

    Moderated Oral Abstract Competition Session
    Abstracts selected for oral presentation will be assigned to the Moderated Oral Abstract Competition Sessions during the meeting. Each session will include 5-6 presenters and each abstract presenter will be allowed for a 10-minute presentation with 2-minute discussion. The winners of each session will be given cash rewards of USD 500.
  • Poster Presentation
    Abstracts selected for poster presentation will be displayed in the Poster Zone during the meeting. Authors are required to remain at their posters for questions and discussion from audiences during the assigned session. The best poster abstract will be chosen by TCTAP Abstract Reviewing Committee and onsite voting by audiences.
  • E-Posters
    All accepted abstracts will be posted in an electronic format on the TCTAP website and displayed on the screens in the E-Poster Zone at the conference venue during the meeting. Viewers will be able to browse E-Posters and leave any questions or comments to authors easily via the website.

Abstract Presentation Session

- Late-Breaking Clinical Trial Session
  • The clinical research of Late-Breaking Clinical Trial should be related with the randomized clinical trial and the main topic of TCTAP.
  • Selected Late-Breaking Clinical Trials will be presented at the Main Arena during the meeting.
- Moderated Oral Abstract Competition Session
  • The selected oral abstracts will be scheduled as 10-minute presentations and 5-minute discussions in English, also displayed as e-poster abstracts at the venue during the meeting.
- Poster Abstract Session
- E-Poster Abstract Session
  • E-poster abstracts will give you chance to view and communicate with authors, e-mail them to colleagues at any time.

Copyright Information

  • When abstracts are submitted, we assume that the authors grant copyright to the Congress Organization for publication in the American Journal of Cardiology (AJC) and on the website www.summit-tctap.com.
  • By submitting an abstract for TCTAP, the presenter verifies that the abstract's contents and its conclusions should not have been published in any other meeting or journals before our meeting.

No show policy

  • Please notify the Organizing Committee via e-mail at submission@cvrf.org if your presentation will not be made in advance. If a scheduled presenter fails to appear in person or to send a replacement, and does not cancel Oral abstract presentation before the meeting, that presenter will be barred from having an abstract accepted in the TCTAP for one year.
